With the Ask Nanny Home Visiting Program you receive…

• A Baby Parenting Pack containing:
1. Leaflets and printed sheets full of appropriate information concerning any problems you might be experiencing
2. Routine sheets for now and coming weeks / months
3. Voucher for an extra 45 minutes of telephone support

• Home visits in the form of an initial four-hour observational and instructional visit, together with 2 further weekly two-hour support visits.
• Daily email support in the form of one "progress report" email from you followed by one support email from me, every weekday for 3 weeks. (I endeavour to answer all emails within 24 hours)

You will be given the opportunity to speak with or email me and discuss your concerns before your first visit.
This service covers Edinburgh and Scotland. Enquiries welcome from further a field and will be considered. The first 30 minutes of travel time from the City of Edinburgh is free, the remaining time is billed at £15 per hour.
