• Sleep training consultations available where I come to your home and guide you as you settle your child to sleep. The method of sleep training will be decided between you and me, and then I will coach you in this method so you can carry it out to its completion! You will get written guidelines too.
• I provide a totally sympathetic ear and help you bring about changes by helping you to facilitate your own ideas and thoughts, and providing insight and a fresh perspective! I will guide you though techniques and methods appropriate to your problems!

Support can come in the form of single visits charged by the hour, and you will get a follow up report by email to clarify the information given, so you won't miss anything!

Single consultations

Price: £35 per hour *2 hour minimum

Sleep teaching support consultations

Extremely helpful sleep teaching support is also provided at your child's bedtime where I help and supports you, as you implement the sleep teaching method which is right for you! You can choose from several methods, depending on what you and I decide would suit you best.
Price: £35 per hour *2 hour minimum

Half-day consultations (four hours)

You will receive 2 laminated top tips cards plus printed information on your particular concern. Before running through the information with you I will take the time to observe your family quietly for the first couple of hours. I may give instruction during this time or not, each consultation is different. You will also have time for a sit down consultation where I will give you personalized advice and support to meet your specific needs. I will listen to your concerns and help you by giving you guidelines to follow in order to get your desired results. A follow up report by email will be provided to clarify the information given, so you won't miss anything!
Price: £130 per 4-hour visit

Whole-day consultations (eight hours)

The same format as above will be followed.
Price: £250 per 8-hour visit

 

Please note: For home visits out of Edinburgh there will be a charge of 40 pence per mile calculated between our office and your home there and back.
